Chuchitos are small tamales made of corn masa filled with tomato sauce and veggies, beans, chicken or beef, and wrapped in a husk.


Special Guatemalan Tamale

Tamales de Guatemala are made of corn masa and filled with salsa and either chicken or pork and wrapped in maxan (banana leafs)


Tamalitos de Hierba with Salsa
$5.00

Made of masa (corn dough) and wrapped in corn husks. The masa contains chard and they are seasoned with a side of red tomato-based sauce.


Doblada
$7.00

Masa (maize dough) stuffed with chicken and/or vegetables and fried.
